Why take Vitamin C and zinc together?
Vitamin C and zinc are two nutrients your body needs every day. Your body can’t make or store vitamin C, so it has to come from food or a supplement daily. Vitamin C helps keep connective tissue, teeth, bones and blood vessels healthy, and helps you absorb iron from plant foods. Zinc is an essential trace mineral that many of the body’s enzymes depend on, and it is needed for normal growth and development. Nutrigo combines both in one daily tablet, so you take one product instead of two.
How to take it
One tablet daily, with or after food. Taking it alongside a meal helps, as zinc can cause stomach discomfort on an empty stomach.
