Overview

Welcome to NutriGO. NutriGO is a brand of Nutrigo Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 201701031668 (1245838-D)), a company incorporated in Malaysia. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nutrigo Sdn Bhd trading as NutriGO.

We operate the online store at nutrigo.com.my, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

These terms and conditions, together with the policies referred to in them (these "Terms"), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, product safety, and the limits of our liability.

By visiting, interacting with or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

These Terms take effect on 1 October 2026.

Section 1 - Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you buy products for use by a child in your care, you are responsible for supervising that use and following the product label.

To use the Services, including browsing our store or buying our products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, phone number, billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that all information you provide is correct, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.

Section 2 - Our Products

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and packaging may look different on your screen depending on your device and settings, and packaging may change from time to time.

Always read the product label before use. If the information on the label differs from the information on our website, follow the label.

Halal certification applies only to products identified as halal-certified on their product page and packaging. It does not apply to our whole range.

We may change product descriptions, discontinue products, or limit the quantities available to any person or region at any time. We currently deliver to addresses in Malaysia and Singapore only.

Section 3 - Health and Safety

Our products are health and dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Before using our products, please:

  • Read and follow the directions, recommended dosage and warnings on the label. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  • Consult a doctor or pharmacist first if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, are taking medication, or are scheduled for surgery.
  • Check the ingredient list for allergens and anything you are sensitive to.
  • Follow the age guidance on the label for children's products, and consult a doctor before giving supplements to a child with a medical condition.
  • Keep all products out of reach of young children and store them as directed on the label.

Stop using a product and seek medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.

Information on our website, social media and other channels is general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Individual results may vary.

Section 4 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. You can review your order and correct any errors before you submit it. Your order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance by email, and we must receive your payment before we accept it.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a pricing or description error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraud or resale. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full and let you know using the contact details you provided.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as we may not be able to cancel it once accepted. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale. NutriGO products are sold only through our own store and our authorised resellers.

Section 5 - Prices and Billing

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), including for deliveries to Singapore. If you pay with a card or account in another currency, your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or other fees.

The full price you will pay, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you place your order. The price charged is the price in effect when you place your order and is set out in your order confirmation email. Orders delivered to Singapore may be subject to Singapore GST or import charges where required by law.

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Promotions may have their own terms. If promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information and to keep your account details up to date. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide and that you will pay all charges for your order.

Section 6 - Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Malaysia and Singapore. Estimated delivery times are shown on our website and at checkout. They are estimates only, and delays can occur because of couriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will work with the courier and, where appropriate, replace or refund the affected items under our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under applicable consumer law.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address you provided, and redelivery may incur extra charges.

Ownership of and risk in the products pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Section 7 - Intellectual Property

The Services, including all trademarks, brand names, text, images, graphics, product reviews, video, audio and the design and arrangement of the Services, are owned by us, our affiliates or our licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right in any intellectual property of ours, Shopify's or any third party's.

NutriGO, our logos, product names (including Govizion), designs and slogans are trademarks of Nutrigo Sdn Bhd or its licensors. You must not use them without our prior written permission. Shopify's name, logo and related marks are trademarks of Shopify. All other names and marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Section 8 - Optional Tools

We may give you access to tools provided by third parties, which we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without endorsement, and you use them at your own risk. Please make sure you are familiar with and accept the terms on which the third-party provider offers them.

Any new features we add to the Services in future are also subject to these Terms.

Section 9 - Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to, or embedded content from, websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, products or practices of those websites, and you access them at your own risk. Questions or complaints about third-party products or services should be directed to the third party.

Section 10 - Relationship with Shopify

NutriGO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Nutrigo Sdn Bhd. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and us, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with us.

Section 11 - Privacy

All personal information we collect through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other applicable privacy laws. Some personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal information about your use of the Services in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be shared with Shopify and with service providers located outside Malaysia, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Section 12 - Reviews and Feedback

If you submit reviews, ideas, suggestions, photos or other content to us ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display that Feedback in any medium, including for marketing.

You confirm that your Feedback is your own honest opinion, that you have the rights to submit it, and that you have disclosed any incentive you received for it. Your Feedback must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene or infringe anyone's rights, and must not make medical claims on behalf of our products. We are not required to keep Feedback confidential, pay for it, or respond to it, and we may edit or remove Feedback at our discretion.

Section 13 - Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally the Services may contain errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery charges, delivery times or availability. We may correct these at any time. If an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and you may cancel the order for a full refund.

Section 14 - Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Services:

  • for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose, or in breach of any law or regulation;
  • to infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's;
  • to harass, abuse, defame or harm our employees or any other person;
  • to transmit false or misleading information, spam or unsolicited advertising;
  • to impersonate any person or entity; or
  • in any way that restricts others' use of the Services or may harm us, Shopify or other users.

You also agree not to:

  • (a) upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code;
  • (b) copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services;
  • (c) collect or track the personal information of others;
  • (d) spam, phish or pretext through the Services;
  • (e) use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means, including AI tools, to access the Services, except as permitted under Section 15; or
  • (f) interfere with or bypass any security feature or measure we use to restrict access to the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms.

Section 15 - Agents

15.1 This section applies if you use, allow or deploy an Agent to access or interact with the Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of, or at the instruction of, any person or entity, without that person's direct supervision.

15.2 An Agent may access the Services only if it identifies itself and complies with section 15.4 at all times, and only if we have not asked it to stop.

15.3 We may limit, including by technical measures, whether and how any Agent accesses or uses the Services.

15.4 Agents must:

  • (i) identify themselves in every HTTP/HTTPS request by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string;
  • (ii) not conceal that they are an Agent, including by mimicking human behaviour or completing or bypassing CAPTCHAs;
  • (iii) answer truthfully if asked whether they are a human or a computer; and
  • (iv) not bypass any measure we use to block, limit or control Agent access.

Section 16 - Termination

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services (or any part of them) at any time without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

The following sections continue to apply after termination: Health and Safety, Intellectual Property, Reviews and Feedback, Termination, Your Consumer Rights, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.

Section 17 - Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia), the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 1960 (Singapore), or any other consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where these Terms conflict with such rights, those rights prevail, and Sections 18 and 19 apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Section 18 - Disclaimer of Warranties

Subject to Section 17, the information on or through the Services is provided for general information only. We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or useful, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

SUBJECT TO SECTION 17, AND EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY US, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

Section 19 - Limitation of Liability

SUBJECT TO SECTION 17 AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WE NOR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, NOR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT BOUGHT THROUGH THEM.

SUBJECT TO SECTION 17, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Section 20 - Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us, Shopify and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal fees, payable to a third party because of (1) your breach of these Terms or the policies they refer to, (2) your breach of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your misuse of the Services.

We will notify you of any claim covered by this section. We may control the defence and settlement of the claim, but we will not settle any claim that requires you to do something other than pay money without your consent, which you will not unreasonably withhold. You will cooperate with us in the defence of any such claim.

Section 21 - Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be treated as removed. This will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Section 22 - Waiver and Entire Agreement

If we do not enforce a right or provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of it.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Services. They replace any earlier agreements, communications or proposals, including earlier versions of these Terms. Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be interpreted against the party that drafted them.

Section 23 - Assignment

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may transfer or assign these Terms, provided this does not reduce your rights under them.

Section 24 - Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You and we submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, with Kuala Lumpur as the venue. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

Section 25 - Headings

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their meaning.

Section 26 - Changes to These Terms

You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting the changes on our website. We will notify you of any material changes as required by law, and they will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept them.
