Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed, picked, and packed. Please double-check your order before confirming.

What are your shipping rates within Malaysia?

Shipping is free for orders above RM200. For orders below this amount, rates vary by weight and region. For example, shipping to West Malaysia starts at RM8.00 for 0–1kg.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Singapore and Vietnam. Shipping fees depend on the destination and weight of your order.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders in Malaysia typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International orders to Singapore and Vietnam take 5–10 business days, depending on local customs.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details.

What should I do if my parcel isn’t delivered?

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. You can request redelivery for an additional shipping fee.

How do I return or exchange a product?

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. Contact us within one day of receiving your order via WhatsApp at +60 17-972 2669.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

No, returns for ‘change of mind’ are not accepted.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Returns not meeting these conditions may be rejected.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 60 days, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
