Nutrigo Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms are between you and Nutrigo Sdn Bhd ("NutriGO", "we"), which runs nutrigo.com.my. By ticking the box on the application form you agree to them.

1. Joining

1.1 You must be 18 or over, live in Malaysia or Singapore.

1.2 You can't join if you work for a shop or pharmacy that stocks NutriGO, or for Nutrigo Sdn Bhd or Nex Pharma Sdn Bhd.

1.3 We review every application and may decline any without giving a reason.

1.4 You join as an independent partner, not an employee, agent or representative of NutriGO. You can't make promises or agreements on our behalf.

2.1 You get one personal discount code and link. Customers get 10% off their order at nutrigo.com.my.

2.2 The code and link work only on nutrigo.com.my. They don't apply on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or in any shop. If you're also in our TikTok Shop or Shopee affiliate programmes, those platforms pay for their own sales under their own rules.

2.3 Only one discount code can be used per order. If a customer uses another code, the order may not be credited to you.

3. Commission

3.1 Commission is based on your net sales in each calendar month: the value of orders made with your code or link, after the 10% discount, excluding shipping, and less any refunds, returns or cancellations.

3.2 Your tier covers the whole month. Once you reach a tier, its rate applies to all your net sales that month, from the first ringgit.

3.3 Tiers carry over one month. If you reach Bronze, Silver or Gold in a month, you get at least that rate in the following month too.

3.4 Silver and Gold partners also receive one free NutriGO product each month they reach that tier, chosen by us. Gold partners get first access to new launches and may be featured on NutriGO channels.

3.5 Commission is paid only on orders that use your code or link. It isn't paid on that customer's later orders unless they use your code or link again.

3.6 Your own orders don't earn commission. Use your 25% partner discount for those instead.

4. Payment

4.1 We hold commission for 30 days to allow for returns. On the 15th of each month we pay commission earned in the month before last (for example, 15 January pays November commissions).

4.2 Payment is by bank transfer to the account you give us. Balances under RM50 roll over to the next month.

4.3 You're responsible for declaring your commission and paying any tax on it.

4.4 If an order is refunded or reversed after we've paid you, we may deduct that commission from your next payment.

5. Founding 1,000 perk

5.1 Partners accepted on or before 15 January 2027 are Founding partners.

5.2 Founding partners with at least one paid, non-refunded sale made with their code or link on or before 15 January 2027 will receive one free Reset & Reseed kit after launch, while stocks of the 300 kits set aside last. Kits go out in the order partners qualify.

6. What you post

6.1 You must follow the NutriGO Affiliate Claims Kit. Use only the approved lines in it when talking about what our products do.

6.2 You must never say or suggest that a NutriGO product cures, treats or prevents any disease, or tell anyone to stop or change their medication.

6.3 You must clearly disclose that you're a NutriGO partner in every post, as set out in the Claims Kit (#ad or #NutriGOpartner, plus platform labels).

6.4 If we ask you to change or remove a post, you must do so within 48 hours.

6.5 You may use NutriGO product photos and logos we give you, only to promote NutriGO under these terms. You give us permission to reshare posts you make about NutriGO on our own channels, crediting you.

7. Not allowed

Any of these may lead to removal from the programme and loss of unpaid commission:

  • using your own code or link on your own orders, or creating fake or duplicate orders
  • posting your code on coupon or deal sites, or on Shopee, Lazada or other marketplaces
  • bidding on "NutriGO" or similar words in search ads, or creating accounts or pages that look like official NutriGO channels
  • spam, bought followers or fake engagement
  • content that is misleading, offensive or breaks Malaysian law

8. Health professionals

If you're a pharmacist, doctor, nurse or other health professional, or work in government health service, you must check that your professional body and employer allow you to take part and to receive commission. If cash commission isn't allowed, tell us and we'll pay you in store credit instead. You must tell clients or patients that you're a NutriGO partner when recommending our products.

9. Ending

9.1 You can leave at any time by emailing us. We'll pay any commission already earned under these terms.

9.2 We can end your participation at any time. If it's because you broke these terms, unpaid commission is forfeited. Otherwise we'll pay what you've earned.

9.3 When you leave, your code and link stops working. Please remove or update posts that still show your code and link.

10. Changes

We may change these terms, the commission rates or the tiers. We'll email you at least 14 days before any change takes effect. Changes don't affect commission already earned.

11.1 Our total liability to you is limited to the commission owed to you.

11.2 You agree to cover any loss we suffer because of content you posted that broke these terms or the law.

11.3 These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

12. Privacy notice (PDPA)

The Personal Data Protection Act 2010 requires this notice in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. The Malay version is in the next tab; show both on the application form.

Who we are: Nutrigo Sdn Bhd, which runs nutrigo.com.my. Contact: [affiliate email].

What we collect: your name, email, phone number, social media handles and follower numbers, postal address (to send products and kits), bank account name and number (to pay you), and the sales made with your code or link.

Why: to review your application, run your code and link, calculate and pay commission, send you products, contact you about the programme, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share it with: service providers that run the programme for us, namely UpPromote (affiliate platform), Shopify (our online store), Klaviyo (email), our bank and courier. Some of these store data outside Malaysia. We don't sell your data.

How long we keep it: while you're in the programme, and payment records for 7 years after, as tax law requires.

Your rights: you can ask to see or correct your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. If you withdraw consent, we can't keep you in the programme.

Required fields: name, email, phone, social handle and bank details are required to take part. Without them we can't accept your application or pay you.
